Someone at the Nike design office had a bit of fun with this one—touching on some SB nostalgia whilst creating their own spin on things.

If you're old enough, you'll remember the Stussy Dunk SB which was dressed in a similar (albeit flipped) combination of pink, brown and white. Those were famously inspired by a sundae, most clearly shown by the literal cherry-on-top sitting on the tongue.

Similarly, the 'Neapolitan' Dunk Low sports a ice-cream-inspired colourway. It goes a step further with a heel accent which looks like the skin of a strawberry and a chocolate-syrup brown gum outsole.
